Having recently celebrated 40 years in the industry, Elie Tahari are cementing their fashion status by launching their very first international shop-in-shop at the fourth floor Fashion Lab in Harrods, Knightsbridge.

With a range of gorgeous wearable pieces – at accessible price points – this Israeli-American born luxury brand offers everything from casual daywear to decadent evening dresses and more. 
  

Their ‘Apre-Active’ Sports collection (another new launch) is actually exclusive to Harrods in the UK and showcases a range of striking yet edgy pieces, while the lust-worthy Spring/Summer 2015 campaign has been shot by renowned photographer Steven Klein and features the ever glamorous supermodel Hilary Rhoda.

With so much on offer its surely only a matter of time before Tahari becomes the go-to label for all occasions.

Pixie Lott Rocks Charity Alphabet Scarf And Single For Matalan

Pixie Lott has been stirring up a storm on the dance floor this year with partner Trent Whiddon as part of Strictly Come Dancing, but it’s the fabulous charity inspired fashion and single that has shifted all the attention as the singer teams up with Matalan to promote a string of Alphabet scarves for AW14.

Pictured above in her classic grey monogrammed accessory, the All About Tonight starlet was snapped wearing one of Matalan’s new charity scarves to help raise money and awareness for Alder Hey Children’s Charity. However, Pixie’s not the only famous personality who has been seen rocking their very own personalised accessory. Global stars such as  Britney Spears, Kylie Minogue, Wayne RooneyJessie J, Sarah Jessica Parker, Abbey Clancy, Nicola Roberts and Tinie Tempah have all been spotted modelling their very own personalised Alphabet scarves in aid of the children’s hospital alongside a string of well known patrons, ambassadors and patients. 

The  scarves – which can be purchased in seven different colour ways ranging from A-Z – are now available to purchase both in store and online for just £10 (£5 for children’s versions) and showcase a collegiate style appliqué letter on each one; perfect for gifting loved ones this Christmas. All profits are set to go towards a brand new stateoftheart children’s hospital, education and research centre ‘Alder Hey in the Park’ which is planned to open in 2015. 

To coincide with the launch Pixie has also recorded her own version of the iconic 1986 number one, ‘Caravan of Love’, which has been released as her Christmas single and features on her new album ‘Platinum Pixie’ – with a percentage of proceeds from each single going straight to Alder Hey Children’s Charity. Speaking about the venture Pixie commented that “I am really honoured to be involved with, and supporting, Alder Hey’s Alphabet Scarves campaign. It’s a fantastic initiative and will raise much needed funds for the children’s hospital.”

So, what better way to give this Xmas than by following suit, looking stylish and supporting a good cause.

Last minute Valentine’s Day gift guide for her…

Perfume is always another certified hit and now Cartier have created their own luxurious scent aptly named La Panthère. View Trevor Undi’s enchanting video of the Erdem Spring/Summer 2014 Collection

Renowned British/Canadian filmmaker Trevor Undi, who has worked with the likes of Alexander McQueen and Balenciaga to name a few, has compiled an enchanting video to showcase designer Erdem Moralioğlu’s gorgeous new collection for spring/summer 2014.

The short film highlights several key trends for SS14 with white, sheer, monochrome and a hint of florals taking centre stage amid fabulous perspex 90s sandals and vintage 1930s-inspired sunglasses, creating a glimpse of the behind-the-scenes action of what takes place at a fashion show including the runway finale, all in an ethereal light.

Designer Erdem decided to “extract colour” (with a few exceptions) from the whole collection hence retaining the monochromatic feel, however even if the designer had taken inspiration from the 1930s cross-dressing boy, it was clear that he had spun his magic, and genius, on this collection creating a tailored look that most definitely gave feminine appeal.

The mix of biker and bomber jackets with stitched detailing, sheer outfits with embroidery and marabou style feathers on dresses appeals even more to the girl in me.
